  1. Day 1 Arrive Paro and transfer to Thimphu (55kms/ 1.5 hrs)

    Arrive Paro and transfer to Thimpu. Arrive Thimpu and check in at the hotel. Explore the markets of Thimpu in the evening.

  2. Day 2 Thimphu

    Start your day with a visit to Buddha point and later visit King’s memorial, textile and folk heritage museum, national library and visit Takin preserve. Evening can be spent exploring government run handicraft emporiums.

  3. Day 3 Thimphu – Punakha (75 kms/ 3 hrs)

    Drive to Punakha and visit Punakha Dzong. Later proceed for an excursion to Chimi Lhakhang.

  4. Day 4 Punakha – Gangtey – Punakha

    Proceed for an excursion to Gangtey to explore Gangtey Gompa, Phobjika valley and Black Neck Crane Information Centre.

  5. Day 5 Punakha – Paro (125 kms/ 4-5 hrs)

    Drive to Paro visiting Chhu & Paro Chhu river valleys and Simtokha Dzong en-route. Arrive Paro and visit Ta Dzong and Rinpung Dzong.

  6. Day 6 Paro

    Proceed for an excursion to Chelela Pass. Later visit Drukgyel Dzong and Kyichu Lhakhang.

  7. Day 7 Paro – Tiger’s Nest – Paro (6 hrs return hiking)

    Proceed for an adventurous hiking journey to Tiger’s nest. Come back to Paro and rest of the day is free to relax.

  8. Day 8 Depart from Paro

    Take your departure flight.
